Bill has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004. He received his Diploma in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine in 1999 from the Open International University of Complementary Medicines & Medicina Alternativa. Bill has been an instructor since 2000. Currently he is an instructor at the Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health and Technology, having experience teaching various modules in Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. For 25 years he has been a Sports Injury Therapist, including 8 years as Head Athletic Therapist at Seneca College in Toronto.
Kimberly Chapman has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014. She graduated from Everest College of Health and Technology with Honors in 2013, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Kimberly enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and spending time outdoors.
Sarah Clyke is a Registered Massage Therapist who originally comes from Nova Scotia. The laid back east coast lifestyle has contributed to her calm and soothing demeanor and her passion for helping others. Sarah graduated with honours from one of the leading massage therapy schools in Ontario, Kikkawa College, in 2015. Since then she has enjoyed a successful career helping a wide variety of clients from the ages of 9-89 reach their wellness goals. Sarah has experience helping her clients recover from many conditions/injuries such as shoulder, hip and knee injuries/surgery, motor vehicle accidents, muscle spasms, headaches, repetitive stress injuries and general muscle tension related to stress and poor posture. Sarah enjoys using Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and various other techniques to help alleviate her client’s stress and pain and help them regain the fullest function possible. Sarah believes deeply in the healing power of touch and the importance of educating her clients about the benefits of massage and what they can do at home to contribute to the healing process.
Christie has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 15 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000. She has been a member of the Absolute Wellness Team for 13 years
Shannon is an accomplished RMT currently focusing her career in General Swedish Massage. Her interest in massage therapy stems from her love of muscle anatomy. She is passionate about learning and understanding how the body works, as it varies with every individual and lifestyle. Since successfully graduating from Ontario College of Health and Technology she has kept current in techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint play and myofacial and soft tissue release. Shannon believes that Massage Therapy combined with proper home care and the right level of activity is key to reaching your treatment goals. Shannon is excited to expand her knowledge in massage therapy and learn new complimentary modalities to facilitate a custom treatment plan for each individual patient.
Dina has been in the clinic atmosphere for 12 years after taking an early retirement from the environmental field. She is the proud mother of 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys running, bicycle riding and cooking up a storm with her husband of 40 years.
Alannah is currently studying to be a Registered Practical Nurse. She has been working for
Absolute Wellness since 2009. When she is not studying or working she enjoys baking, reading
and camping with her husband and puppy
Kristin is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Athletic Therapist. Kristin has been working as an Athletic Therapist for 7 years both with sports teams and in the clinic treating athletic injuries, as well as everyday injuries. In 2016 she decided to expand her knowledge and completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology and became a Massage Therapist in 2017. Now, Kristin uses a variety of General Swedish Massage techniques in her treatment such as fascial work, trigger point release as well as joint mobilizations. She combines her knowledge from both areas of study in order to find the source of the pain and plan specific treatments for each patient, including some home exercises that may help with recovery. She has also completed several continuing education courses over the last few years such as Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral therapy and Soft Tissue Release and incorporates it all into her practice. In her spare time, Kristin likes to play ultimate frisbee and run, as well as relax with her family.
