WHAT ARE WE DOING TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE?
- We ask that all patients come wearing a face covering/mask.
- We are SCREENING patients before entering our clinic.
- Patients are asked to ARRIVE ALONE and "JUST ON TIME" for treatments.
- We have adjusted appointment times and are limiting the number of staff and patients in our clinic to accommodate SOCIAL DISTANCING
- CLEANING & DISINFECTING. We have intensified our deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures of frequently touched surfaces.
- We are frequently WASHING HANDS and wiping down surfaces after each patient visit.
- We continue to STAY INFORMED to educate our staff and patients about COVID-19 and the changing updates from trusted sources such as WHO (World Health Organization) and Public Health Ontario.
- We require that patients use hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands:
- Before each treatment,
- After handling paperwork and/or touching any surfaces and/or therapy equipment, and
- Upon leaving our facility.
